By downloading and using SnapScape, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Accuracy of Estimates

SnapScape uses AI to provide landscaping estimates. These are estimates only. You (the contractor) are responsible for verifying all measurements and costs before submitting proposals to clients. We are not liable for financial losses due to inaccurate estimates.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You allow us to store the client data and photos you upload to the service.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
